The Academy aims to reach the highest level of service quality; therefore, the Academy is encouraged to submit any complaint in order for the issue to be resolved, and reduce any negative impact on the lives of students and employees belonging to the Academy.
Any student, employee or worker shall be entitled to file a complaint under the circumstances he or she is not satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Academy. Once the complaint has been submitted, it shall be verified and reviewed.
The procedures for student complaints include feedback from the students on the services provided by the Academy. This process is an important resource for improving the services provided by the Academy to its students. Faculty members are called upon to cooperate with students, examine their complaints, and respond to such complaints.
The Academy has an administrative system that ensures the following
1. Determine the complaint submitted by students.
2. All complaints filed by any student shall receive full confidentiality.
